The import of fossil fuels from Russia is (currently) no longer an option. The search for alternatives is in full swing. This is also giving renewables a strong boost. Against this background, Dii Desert Energy and Global Energy Solutions have once again revised their joint paper. Both parties agree that the MENA region must make a decisive contribution to supplying Europe with renewable energy in the long term. It is crucial to start with pragmatic and technology-open steps.
