The EU wants to reduce its emissions of greenhouse gases by 55 percent by 2030 (Fit for 55). Electrolysis hydrogen and renewable fuels play a major role in this. A vote is currently underway on the question of how and under what circumstances these substances may be produced and transported in order to be considered “green”.
